Trofie Ai Porcini
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350 g. of trofie
- 150 g. Pesto with Porcini mushrooms TuttoCalabria
- 2-3 slices of dried porcini mushrooms
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste.
Warm the slices of dried Porcini mushrooms in hot water and chop finely. Fry a clove of garlic with the chopped Porcini mushrooms in a pan, add the Pesto to the TuttoCalabria Porcini and heat for a minute, stirring well.
Meanwhile cook the trofie and drain al dente. Pour into a bowl with the pesto and mushrooms, sprinkle with Grana Padano and serve.
