Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 800 g of tender meat
  • 200 g of Calabrian Chili Sauce TuttoCalabria
  • Extra virgin olive oil  
  • Vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic  
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary


Prepare the marinade with garlic, chopped rosemary, vinegar and oil. Dip the meat in the marinade for a few hours. Light the fire, place the meat on the grill and let it cook. Add the salt after cooking. Serve the meat with the Calabrian Chili Sauce.
