Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 350 g of penne
  • 100 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 80 g of TuttoCalabria Explosive Blend
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste.


Break the fresh tomatoes and a clove of garlic and fry them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil for about a minute. Finally add three tablespoons of TuttoCalabria Explosive Blend.

Meanwhile cook the pennette in plenty of salted water, drain it al dente and pour it into the pan together with the Explosive Blend and the cherry tomatoes. Cook for a minute over a high heat, mixing well and serving
