Spaghetti with chilli pepper and spicy fish

  1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for a few minutes.
  2. In the meantime, let's prepare the sauce.
  3. In a pan with extra virgin olive oil, we put the chopped chilli pepper and a clove of garlic and fry for a few minutes.
  4. This chopped chilli pepper is the spicy joker of the recipe, you can dose it to your liking.
  5. In another pan we put a handful of breadcrumbs and toast it until we obtain a breadcrumb
  6. crunchy that we will keep aside to garnish the finished dish.
  7. Before the pasta finishes cooking, we drain it al dente and risotto it in the sauté pan to which we have added the Tuttocalabria fish spicy. In this way the pasta will be more blended with the sauce and much tastier!
  8. We plate it and finish the dish by sprinkling the crunchy breadcrumbs on top. Enjoy your meal!
