Rigatoni alla Silana

Weight 60 g

Aubergines, tomato, garlic, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and rel. Group), onion, parsley, salt, black pepper.

How to use:

One teaspoon per person with one tablespoon of boiling water. Let it evaporate on a low heat and fry with olive oil. Add gr. 500 of tomato and cook for 20 minutes. Cook the pasta al dente and toss in the pan with the preparation. More recipes available on our website!
