The delivery times of the ordered goods vary from 24 to a maximum of 96 hours; they may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general.
No responsibility can be attributed to TuttoCalabria srl in case of delay in the fulfillment of the order or in the delivery of the ordered goods. At the time of delivery, the customer must check:

The dispute must also be reported to the courier's office in the area of competence. Customers who accept the goods without reporting any irregularities, will not be able to use the replacement, repair or compensation later, as TuttoCalabria srl non è responsabile del trasporto e non è tenuta a risarcire o intervenire in merito.

These General Conditions may be subject to changes or updates at any time by the site www.tuttocalabria.com (which will notify customers through the appropriate channels.
All the prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website, for which they constitute an offer to the public, are intended VAT included and are expressed in Euro; are net of transport costs which will be clearly displayed before completing the order. In the event of an increase or decrease in the price or incorrect publication on the website, TuttoCalabria will inform the customer about the order.
Payment for the order can be made with Bak transfer, Pay Pal.
In any case, the customer can select the preferred payment method before concluding the order. Once the order has been confirmed, a summary e-mail will be sent to the customer and / or consumer.
TuttoCalabria reserves the right to modify or update the characteristics of the products for sale on the website without giving notice but always respecting the safety laws in force. Should an order exceed the quantity existing in the warehouse, TuttoCalabria will communicate the lack of availability and any waiting for the fulfillment of the order within 72 hours; if the customer and / or consumer does not agree to wait the time necessary for delivery, the order will be considered resolved and TuttoCalabria will immediately reverse the payment.
– Delivery and transportation
TuttoCalabria delivers its products within the Italian National Territory. The cost of shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the items in the cart.
The couriers used is, Gls and delivery is made in 36/48 hours for Northern, Central and Southern Italy while in 48/72 hours for the Major Islands and the less accessible locations.
All this except in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, holidays and holidays, uncomfortable delivery locations and orders of exceptional quantities.
If the delivery is not successful, the goods will be returned to TuttoCalabria and the cost of returning the uncollected products will be deducted from the refund of the amounts paid.
Packaging is free.
- How to behave upon delivery of the product
When the courier delivers, the customer and / or consumer must check that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package.
Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.
The consumer and / or customer from the moment in which he receives the damaged goods or requests their return to the carrier has direct and exclusive action against the carrier itself.
The latter is also liable for the delay in delivering the goods to the recipient. In such cases, TuttoCalabria must be considered exempt from any liability for loss or damage to the goods from the moment in which the same is delivered without reservation to the carrier for transport.
- What to do in case of damage due to transport
If, when unloading the goods, there is obvious damage to the packaging, it is necessary:
1. express a reservation or the package is accepted but before signing the document you must write "I accept with reserve right". It will thus be possible, once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, to be compensated for the damage suffered on the basis of the compensation parameters of Legislative Decree No. 286 of 21/11/2005.
2. reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the package
Accepted the goods with reserve, the customer and / or consumer must contact the TuttoCalabria customer service directly on the website or at the telephone number +39 0961 996685 (from Monday to TuttoCalabria on Friday between 8:30 am - 12:45 pm and from 3 pm: 00 - 17.00) within 5 working days of delivery and communicate any other complaints.
– Right of withdrawal
(art. 64 D. LGS. n. 206 del 06/09/2005)
As required by Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005, to the Customer (natural person who, in the stipulation of the sale contract, acted for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out) of TuttoCalabria.com the right to withdraw from the contract is attributed.
It is therefore possible to have one or more items returned - without having ever used them, within 14 days (natural and consecutive) from the delivery date - and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products. It is not possible to exchange purchased items with other products.
This right can only be exercised by consumers, so all purchases made for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity, ie where a VAT reference is entered in the appropriate order form, do not enjoy this right.
The right of withdrawal is not valid and cannot be exercised, and does not give the right to a full refund of the price, if the product is not returned substantially intact.
Here are some examples and guidelines:
1. Original packaging of the product, if the packages, envelopes and all other wrappers that contained the product are absent or tampered with (it is therefore advisable to keep the original packaging of the product)
2. Damage to the product for reasons other than transport
3. Unsuitable conservation status of the product
We therefore invite the consumer to take particular care in viewing and testing the purchased product, because items that will present one of the above statements will be considered irremediably depreciated and unsaleable and, therefore, with a value of zero euro.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days (natural and consecutive) from receipt of the goods, within which the customer is required to return the goods and notify us by registered letter with return receipt to the address:
